Common name: Karamū, glossy karamū
Botanical name (authority): Coprosma robusta Raoul
Karamū (Coprosma robusta) is a dense, bushy shrub or small tree with glossy green leaves, small green flowers, and bright red berries attractive to birds.
It grows well in full sun to partial shade and tolerates a wide range of soils, including coastal and lowland areas.
