Botanical name (authority): Leptospermum scoparium J.R.Forst. & G.Forst.
Mānuka (Leptospermum scoparium) is a shrub or small tree with small, aromatic leaves and abundant white to pink flowers.
It grows best in full sun and well-drained soils; tolerant of coastal and poor soils.
